Aerotek Assembler Technician in Longmont, Colorado
Urgently hiring experienced Assembler Technicians to join our dynamic team, assisting in the development and implementation of production procedures at a growing company in Longmont, CO.
Job Description:
Hands-on assembly, testing, and troubleshooting the production of mowers with minimal supervision.
Contribute hands-on support for development builds, test equipment, and any other R&D efforts that are needed.
Assist with the development of production processes for initial production runs of a given product.
Commission/Test vehicles to ensure quality and performance standards are met.
Work with a team of technicians and engineers to ensure the robots are built to the highest level of quality while balancing schedule demands.
Pay & Shift:
1st Shift: Monday - Friday 8:30am-4:30pm
$25.00 - $27.00 per hour
Skills:
Mechanical assembly, using hand and power tools
Ability to follow schematics and blueprints
Troubleshooting with tools like torque wrenches, silicone sealant, Loctite, multimeter
Electrical wiring
Minimum 2 years' relevant experience
High school diploma or GED required
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Strong computer skills, ideally with experience in Google and/or Microsoft tools
Wide range of experience with mechanical and electrical hand tools including wrenches, sockets, torque wrenches, multimeter, screwdrivers, etc.
Assembly of PCBAs into housings, mitigating for ESD risks. Experience connecting PCBAs to relevant harness assemblies.
Assembly of electrical harnesses using work instructions and/or engineering drawings
Solder rework of through-hole components

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $27.00/hr.
