Urgently hiring experienced Assembler Technicians to join our dynamic team, assisting in the development and implementation of production procedures at a growing company in Longmont, CO.

Job Description:

• Hands-on assembly, testing, and troubleshooting the production of mowers with minimal supervision.

• Contribute hands-on support for development builds, test equipment, and any other R&D efforts that are needed.

• Assist with the development of production processes for initial production runs of a given product.

• Commission/Test vehicles to ensure quality and performance standards are met.

• Work with a team of technicians and engineers to ensure the robots are built to the highest level of quality while balancing schedule demands.

Pay & Shift:

• 1st Shift: Monday - Friday 8:30am-4:30pm

• $25.00 - $27.00 per hour

Skills:

• Mechanical assembly, using hand and power tools

• Ability to follow schematics and blueprints

• Troubleshooting with tools like torque wrenches, silicone sealant, Loctite, multimeter

• Electrical wiring

• Minimum 2 years' relevant experience

• High school diploma or GED required

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong computer skills, ideally with experience in Google and/or Microsoft tools

• Wide range of experience with mechanical and electrical hand tools including wrenches, sockets, torque wrenches, multimeter, screwdrivers, etc.

• Assembly of PCBAs into housings, mitigating for ESD risks. Experience connecting PCBAs to relevant harness assemblies.

• Assembly of electrical harnesses using work instructions and/or engineering drawings

• Solder rework of through-hole components
