Note: The pay rate for this job is $20 - $30  / hour This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law. Responsibilities:

• Hours:  6x10, Monday - Saturday

• Controlled Demolition

• Ability to read blue prints

• Remove cabinets, countertops, baseboard, trim, drywall, flooring, and other damaged materials, leaving the structure intact.

• Remove debris and dispose of properly.

 Qualifications:

• Ability to read blue prints.

• Ability to organize work flow, and lead a team.

• Ability to stand, bend, kneel and walk for extended periods throughout the day

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation

• Prior experience in the commercial field required
