Job Title: Assembler

Job Description

As an assembler, you will be responsible for assembling products used in fluid hydraulic systems. You will utilize small hand and power tools to complete assemblies, read and follow basic instructions and blueprints, and perform visual inspections of parts. Additionally, you will be responsible for bagging, packaging, and staging finished assemblies according to work orders.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products for fluid hydraulic systems using small hand and power tools.

• Read and follow basic instructions and blueprints (both digital and hard copies).

• Perform visual inspection of parts to ensure quality.

• Bag, package, and stage finished assemblies according to work orders.

Essential Skills

• Mechanical assembly skills

• Ability to read blueprints and schematics

• Familiarity with hydraulic systems and fluid power

• Proficiency with hand tools, air tools, and torque tools

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience using power and hand tools (preferred)

• Assembly experience (preferred)

• Basic reading and math skills

• Comfortable navigating computers

• Strong documentation skills

• No experience required; we value strong work ethic and personable candidates willing to learn

Work Environment

This is a 1st shift position, Monday to Friday, from 7 AM to 3:30 PM, with optional overtime typically available after shifts or on weekends. The work environment is a quiet, open-area manufacturing setting in new facilities where the assembly and machine shop are located in different buildings. The temperature is controlled, and safety glasses are provided. The dress code requires safety toe shoes or boots that are slip and oil resistant; we offer a reimbursement of up to $130 with receipt.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00
