About the Role:

As a CBRE Project Management Coordinator, you will provide basic administrative support to the project management team for a financial services client. This includes project documentation preparation, escalation for commitment, invoice & pay application processing, and financial reconciliations.

This job is part of the Project Management function. They are responsible for the management of projects from initiation through completion.

What You’ll Do:

  • Process documentation for project commitments. Obtain external quotes for processing. Coordinate change orders, change directives and contemplative change notices with consultants and vendors.

  • Schedule meetings and communication plans regarding projects amongst teams and clients.

  • Assist with contract administration. This includes attending tender openings and recording results, issuing letters of acceptance and regret, etc.

  • Enter project information and data into project management technology tools including Kahua.

  • Process invoices and pay applications. Help with project administration deliverables.

  • Assist the project closeout process including turnover documentation and financial reconciliation.

  • Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems while having a limited opportunity to exercise discretion.

  • Impact through clearly defined duties, methods, and tasks are described in detail.

  • Deliver own output by following defined procedures and processes under close supervision and guidance.

  • Other duties as assigned.

What You’ll Need:

Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.

  • High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of job-related experience.

  • Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work.

  • Communication skills to exchange straightforward information.

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products; experience with Kahua is strongly desired.

  • Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.

  • Basic math skills. Ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages, discounts, and markups.

  • Ability to work onsite at the client's office location in one of the three market areas AZ, FL or NY

  • Preferred location is New York, NY will consider candidates located in Tampa, FL, Phoeniz and Tempe AZ markets.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Project Management Coordinator - Kahua SME position is $26.44 per hour or $55,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Project Management Coordinator - Kahua SME position is $36.00 per hour or $75,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
