Job Summary

The Manager B2B Mobile Offers is responsible for driving & implementing customer acquisition offer strategy for successful growth of our new Optimum Business Mobile product line. They will analyze product and offer performance based on KPI's and is responsible for all phases of offer and package development. The Manager will analyze and report on growth KPI's and competitive analysis for various market segments. They will leverage learnings to increase offer and product performance, recommend testing strategies for their offers including segmentation and product differentiation while communicating all aspects of the offer strategies to ensure successful implementation across the organization.

The Manager Mobile Offer Strategy is a highly strategic and analytical role who should fully understand and develop end-to-end offer and program operational requirements. It is highly dynamic, and at the same time the candidate must be able to influence in a highly matrixed environment. This role reports to the Senior Director, B2B Offer & Customer Base Management Strategy and will work cross functionally with senior members in Product, Marketing, Analytics, Business Planning, Sales, Mobile Product, Care, Field, Training & Readiness, Operations, and other areas.

Responsibilities

*Oversees and develops financial models in designing packaging and pricing to ensure competitive position in market from a new customer acquisition perspective grounded in a thorough understanding of our mobile financials, dynamics and margins
*Develop and execute multi-channel, targeted customer acquisition marketing campaigns with sound measurement to monitor and report on effectiveness, and overall ROI
*Analyze and report on offer and product results, conversion rates, and other performance KPIs
*Identify new offer opportunities and provide strategic recommendations to drive growth of segments and products, and inside and outside sales channels, as well as online.
*Knowledgeable on Mobile offer best practices, technologies, and trends
*Conduct research and competitive analysis (market size, competitive benchmarks, trends, opportunities, customer needs and expectations)
*Develop offer testing strategies in order to improve conversion value and KPIs
*Create presentations and provide insights and recommendations based on data
*Partner with the Insights/Research team to enrich the strategic value of analytics and insights
*Develops new ideas and communicates potential uses for analytics across the business
*Create and implement operational solutions
*Drive operational excellence with improved frontline training materials & approach
*Maintain strong and valued relationships with functional heads by soliciting feedback.
*Achieve launch roll outs on a timely basis.

Qualifications

*Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
*Mobile experience required
*5+ years of professional experience with a focus on marketing, product management, business development or similar role
*Strong project management skills
*Strong analytical and financial Skills
*Extremely detailed-oriented and organized
*Strong cross-functional communication and teamwork skills
*Ability to manage multiple tasks and aggressive deadlines in a fast-paced environment
*Ability to develop and maintain budgets and timelines
*Experience in telecommunications a plus
*Strategic thought leader balanced with sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
*Initiative-taking, performance and results driven.
*Salesforce.com experience a plus
*Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines and demonstrate flexibility
*Confident in communicating vision, status, and performance metrics to key stakeholders

This position is identified as being performed in/or reporting to company operations in New York State. Salary ranges are supplied in compliance with New York State law. Pay is competitive and based on a number of job-related factors, including skills and experience. The starting pay rate/range at time of hire for this position in the posted location is $102,816.00-$168,912.00/year. The rate/range provided herein is the anticipated pay at the time of hire, and does not reflect future job opportunity.For other locations, please inquire with your recruiter.
