•Research, collect and analyze data to identify market trends for immigration programs such as EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program.•Conduct business analysis with tools of SWOT, PESTEL, Porter’s 5 Forces, Strategic Canvas, ERRC, and Insight Matrix to develop business development strategies and conduct marketing campaigns.•Synthesize current business intelligence or trend data to support recommendations for action with business strategy implications.•Stay informed about immigration policies and competitors through ongoing review of industry publications and periodic published reports. Leverage data insights to derive the optimal business processes and refine marketing strategies.•Define critical business metrics, initiate research, and align research goals with business strategies. Identify or monitor current and potential customers, using business intelligence tools.•Create business intelligence tools or systems, including related databases, spreadsheets, or outputs to assist overseas team in regional business development, broker network expansion and investor relationship maintenance.•Coordinate with marketing team in preparation of marketing materials and social media contents. Conduct or coordinate tests to ensure that marketing intelligence is consistent with defined needs.Must have a bachelor's degree in Business Intelligence, Applied Analytics, or closely related field. Must have following skills evidenced by academic training or project experience:Conduct market research using SWOT, PESTEL, and Porter’s 5 Forces to identify and analyze industry trends, opportunities and competitions. Design research projects to better understand the clients’ decision-making process, and improve business development strategies. Collect, clean and analyze data using R programming language for business development effectiveness. Utilize R/Tableau in data visualization, report findings and strategy recommendations.
