•Prepare, update and consolidate monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements of ARCFE and its EB-5 funding entities for both internal use and external agencies.•Monitor incoming and outgoing fund transfers associated with EB-5 escrow and operating accounts and handle funds disbursement for project entities.•Collaborate with auditors to deliver including but not limited to general ledgers, loan documents, and offering documents to issue audited financial statements of the affiliates.•Assist in development of annual budget, quarterly updates of budget and variances analysis. Provide budget related reports and perform cost estimation analysis of each respective EB-5 project. •Review and reconcile each EB-5 funding entity’s bank statements and evaluate financial statements performance on a monthly basis.•Process quarterly and/or annual interest distributions and deliver annual financial report with Schedule K-1 or Form 1042-S to investors.•Evaluate financial reporting system, accounting and collection procedures, and make recommendations as needed to improve operation efficiency.•Analyze financial details of operations in order to identify business development opportunities and area where improvement is needed.•Examine historical and projected financial data to provide senior management with valuable data upon which to make relevant financial decisions.Must have Master's degree in Accounting, and following skills: completing financial reporting for companies with multiple subsidiaries; budgeting & forecasting with Excel functions; tax planning & financial modeling.
