Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct phone calls with a positive attitude and energetic work ethic.

  • Accurately enter orders into the system.

  • Schedule and track deliveries efficiently.

  • Maintain precise and accurate data.

  • Sort emails and check voicemails regularly.

    Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Fluent in Spanish and English

  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.
