Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Receptionist in the bustling city of Long Beach, California. This role primarily involves managing a multi-line phone system and providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for answering and directing calls using a multi-line phone system

• Providing high-quality customer service to visitors and clients

• Accurate data entry and maintenance of client databases

• Handling email correspondence promptly and professionally

• Utilizing Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word for various administrative tasks

• Organizing files and documents for easy retrieval

• Scheduling appointments and managing calendars

• Utilizing strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and team members

• Ensuring the reception area is tidy and presentable

• Assisting with other administrative tasks as needed. Requirements • Proficiency in answering multi-line phone systems

• Demonstrated skills in delivering customer service

• Experience in data entry tasks

• Ability to manage email correspondence effectively

• Strong interpersonal skills for interacting with clients and team members

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting

• Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook for managing schedules and communication

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word for document creation and editing

• Experience in organizing files and maintaining records

• Ability to schedule appointments and manage calendars effectively
