Robert Half Customer Experience Representative in Long Beach, California

Description We are in search of a Customer Experience Representative who will become an integral part of our manufacturing team in Long Beach, California. In this role, you will be required to handle customer applications, maintain customer records, address customer inquiries, and monitor customer accounts to take necessary actions.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently processing customer credit applications

• Keeping customer credit records accurate and up to date

• Resolving any customer inquiries that arise in a timely manner

• Monitoring customer accounts and taking appropriate action when required

• Providing clear troubleshooting and repair techniques to in-home service technicians, store personnel, and consumers

• Working in a performance-measured environment guided by Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Handling multiple customer points of contact including chat, email, fax, and phone

• Processing Return Goods Authorization as needed

• Using software such as Zendesk, and demonstrating proficiency in Call Center Customer Service. Requirements • Demonstrated experience in a customer service role within the manufacturing industry

• Proficient in using Zendesk for customer service management

• Experience working in a call center environment

• Strong understanding of call center customer service protocols

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to handle and resolve customer issues effectively

• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask

• High level of patience and empathy when dealing with customer complaints

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

• Willingness to learn about the company's products and services

• Basic computer skills and familiarity with standard office applications

• Ability to work in a team and contribute to achieving team goals
