Description We are in search of a detail-oriented individual with experience in Accounts Receivable to join our team in Long Beach, California. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the construction industry, handling customer applications, maintaining accurate customer records, and managing customer inquiries. This role also involves overseeing customer accounts and initiating appropriate action. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries related to their accounts

• Process customer credit applications accurately

• Keep customer credit records updated in a timely manner

• Use QuickBooks for accounting related tasks

• Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions when needed

• Utilize CRM software to manage customer relationships

• Apply Construction Accounting principles in managing accounts

• Resolve any issues or discrepancies in customer accounts. Requirements • Applicant must possess a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or similar field.

• Prior experience in an Accounts Receivable role is essential.

• Proficiency in using QuickBooks software is required.

• Experience with Construction Accounting is highly desirable.

• Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems is needed.

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are necessary.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are expected.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines is crucial.

• Profound knowledge of general accounting principles and regulations is mandatory.

• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion is required.
