Charles Schwab Manager, Digital Content Channels, Advisor Services Marketing in Lone Tree, Colorado

Your opportunity

At Schwab, you’re empowered to make an impact on your career. Here, innovative thought meets creative problem solving, helping us “challenge the status quo” and transform the finance industry together.

We're looking for a motivated Manager to join the Advisor Services Digital Content, Channel and Client Engagement Marketing Team. As an individual contributor, you'll make an impact on our digital and campaign experiences that earn and maintain advisor confidence in Schwab, build awareness of the breadth and depth of Schwab's products and services and boost engagement with our digital channels and campaigns aimed at helping financial advisors be their best.

You'll spend your day-to-day:

  • Working on large scale campaigns and initiatives as part of a project team, collaborating with fellow marketers to execute and bring projects and digital experiences to life.

  • Project managing your individual plans as well as cross-team plans and staying on deadlines per various project roadmaps.

  • Leading and tracking critical cross-team functions and processes that keep our team on target and on goal, such as team plans-on-a-page, roadmaps, budgets, and project intake.

  • Attending team meetings, status check-ins, partner, and manager 1:1's as well as organizational meetings to stay abreast of goals, strategies, and the business environment.

  • Lending a hand in on-demand educational and value-added content development, QA and testing with fellow marketers and Schwab experts.

  • Contributing as a thought partner in solving complex problems.

  • Working with agencies to bring AS digital experiences to life.

  • Providing added team support addressing inquiries that come through our advisor get-help mailbox.

You're known for:

  • Developing digital content experiences. You know good web content and design when you see it. What's more, you have a knack for writing and editing web and email copy.

  • A team-based environment is where you thrive. You enjoy giving (and getting) input and inspiring others to achieve shared goals.

  • Asking questions. You're constantly curious and quick to raise your hand to ask questions or share your point of view.

  • "Get it done" is your mantra . You love creating and following well thought-out project plans with an aim to get the job done on time, on budget and error free.

  • Thinking big (or small). You live for brainstorming and critical thinking, and you enjoy bringing ideas to life.

  • Working in gray areas. When things get murky, you stay cool, confident, and flexible.

  • Juggling projects. Need a project plan? You're on it. More than one project? No problem.

  • Following through. Responsibility is your middle name, and you see projects from end to end.

  • Taking action. You are self-motivated, proactive, and results oriented. You're not afraid to make an informed decision and you've got the grit to figure things out.

  • Pitching in across the team and sharing your expertise. You enjoy jumping in where all hands on deck is needed.

  • HTML and technical platforms don't scare you. You like rolling up your sleeves when needed to publish content using desktop authoring tools; and you’re a quick learner on tools and skills new to you.

  • Creating great slides and spreadsheets. Need a plan, business case or an update outlined in PowerPoint? Piece of cake. Need to track work, budget, or prioritize tasks in Excel? Bring it!
