Wicked Staffing Solutions Shipping Lead in Londonderry, New Hampshire
Title:Shipping Lead Type of Placement:Temp to Perm Shift:1st Shift - 9:00am - 6:00pm Monday - Friday Pay/Pay Range:$18.00-$20.00hrly
About Our Customer: Well established company delivers energy-efficient, eco-friendly insulation solutions to residences and businesses throughout Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Southern Maine.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Shipping Lead is responsible for overseeing all daily shipping operations using software to track and prioritize orders as well as directing and collaborating with various departments to optimize processes.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
(Minimum of 3 months of warehouse experience)
SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Ideal candidate will be bilingual (English and Spanish) and comfortable leading others.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment is required
- Forklift experience is aMUST.
- Good fit is a Tech savvy individual with strong attention todetail.
- Must have computerskills.
- Flexibility to work extra hours during busy peakseason.
Environmental Conditions: The work environment is fast paced and fast moving. Much of the time wouldbe spentsitting down in awarehouse environment.
Physical Capabilities: Frequently required to perform actions stooping, bending, balancing, grasping, standing, sitting, walking,opening, removing, sorting, moving, and handling of objects up to 45lbs.
