Job Title: Procurement Analyst

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Procurement Analyst who will serve as the System and Process Subject Matter Expert for various systems including Oracle, iSupplier, ERP/MRP, TIPQA, TTQ, Teamcenter, Factory Bucket, Logikweb, Cognos, and Apex. This role involves supporting bid and proposal activities, administering purchase orders, managing supplier deliverables, and maintaining system data integrity.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the System and Process Subject Matter Expert for systems including Oracle, iSupplier, ERP/MRP, TIPQA, TTQ, Teamcenter, Factory Bucket, Logikweb, Cognos, and Apex.

  • Provide support for bid and proposal activities such as the development and execution of RFIs, RFQs, and RFPs, and manage quoting activity.

  • Administer purchase order activities including actioning purchase requisitions, placing orders, actioning cancellations and reschedules, maintaining order documents for item revisions, quantity, price, clause changes, monitoring Promise Dates, updating Expeditor Text, resolving invoice exceptions, managing supplier deliverables, and resolving delivery discrepancies.

  • Issue Open Order reports, follow up with suppliers for status, and expedite material deliveries as required to meet schedule.

  • Support internal customer requirements through Expeditor Text, status meetings, and proactive communication.

  • Action requests for Technical Data Questionnaires, Return Material Authorizations, reworks, and Repair & Overhaul.

  • Initiate, monitor, and support change management documentation (PR/CR/CO), utilizing mitigation mechanisms as needed to support the schedule (Temporary Release Authorization, deviation/waiver, Material Review Board).

  • Develop suppliers with respect to execution of the work and system innovation.

  • Maintain item attributes as needed, including buyer changes, lead times, and minimum order quantities.

  • Address system issues and ensure data integrity within the system.

  • Forecast monthly material receipts to support financial objectives.

Essential Skills

  • Proficiency in procurement, purchasing, and purchase order management.

  • Experience with MRP systems and ERP systems.

  • Advanced skills in Excel, including Pivot Tables and Vlookup.

  • Knowledge of Oracle systems.

  • Experience in invoicing and vendor management.

  • Strong understanding of supply chain processes.

  • Proficient in procurement analysis, planning, and scheduling.

Work Environment

This role requires on-site presence 5 days a week, typically from 8/9am to 5pm. The work environment is set in an office within a manufacturing environment.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $30.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in London,ON.
