The purpose of this position is to establish innovation as a key account function and drive continuous thought leadership in the journey toward achieving strategic goals. The role spans all operational divisions and service lines, fostering a culture of innovation through a structured process across all customer sites.

The PIMO provides a hybrid role that covers PMO, account management, client care, thought leadership, and communications with a focus on developing, implementing and measuring innovation initiatives. It focuses on building leadership strategies that match client priorities and delivers Dark Green results. Keeps leadership team in lock step with achieving client partnership strategic objectives and KPIs.

Job Responsibilities

Provide program management expertise for the implementation of key initiatives which may include the implementation, maintenance, and improvement of technology platforms to aid in account delivery.

• Oversight of account activity: • Account Review

• Regional Town Halls

• Employee Engagement Plan

• Continuous Improvement

• Account Case Studies library

• Account Recognition Program

• Quarterly Town Halls

• Ensure compliance with governance structure with respect to meeting frequencies, deliverables and objectives.

• Act as governance point of contact to ensure services provided align with contractual requirements (and ensure that contractual obligations are met such as reporting, governance structures, etc.)

• Oversight of performance metric and account management: • Central Ownership of account tools/systems (supported by regional SPOcs and functional SMEs)

• Sharepoint & Sharepoint updates

• Dashboard Tableau & Vantage

• Best Practice Sharing

• Account Excellence and Streamlining

• Drive Employee Engagement Initiatives: • Employee Engagement Plan & associated tracking

• Reward & Recognition (Spot, Bravo, Excellence awards by region)

• Global All Hands activities

• Team engagement activities

• Quarterly Town Hall planning, coordinating, hosting

• Communications:

• Account-wide Communications Strategy, Plan & PMO

• AD Messaging & Newsletters

• Sharepoint community management

• Compliance & HSE safety messaging (in collaboration with QHSE & Compliance Manager)

• YE Report

• Road Shows (as applicable).

Experience Required:

•Requires strong analytical and quantitative skills to comprehend, analyze, and interpret complex business and financial data and develop innovative solutions.

• Ability to solve advanced problems and deal with a variety of options in complex situations.

• Ability to develop reports, manuals, speeches and presentations using distinctive style on complex topics to employees, clients, and senior leadership.

• Excellent Communications skills both internal & external across multiple geographies to help align team around goals, development and improvement plans.

• Requires strong relationship building skills to motivate and negotiate effectively with key employees, senior leadership, and client groups to take desired action.

• Strong skills with Microsoft Office Suite.

• Proven related experience and/or training in operations, finance, accounting, consulting, or project management.
