RESPONSISBILITIES:
Provide top-notch technical support and troubleshooting for clients across North America.
Deliver comprehensive training sessions on engine maintenance and operation.
Collaborate closely with sales to meet customer needs.
Stay updated on the latest diesel engine tech.
Travel opportunities across North America and to Austria for training.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Strong knowledge and experience as a diesel engine Mechanic.
Proven experience in diesel engine technology, preferably with a focus on aircraft engines.
Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Ability to provide high-quality customer service and support.
Willingness to travel extensively, including a mandatory training period in Austria.
Familiarity with Salesforce and experience managing warranty policies is a significant asset.
Ability to work independently and as part of a global team.
Relevant technical certification or degree in engineering is preferred.
