Reporting to the Senior Fleet Manager, this role is based in London, ON, and offers a combination of salary, performance bonuses, and comprehensive benefits. The 310T Licensed Mechanic - Senior Leadhand is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining company vehicles (trucks, trailers).
Key responsibilities include Performing diagnostics, repairs, and preventive maintenance on heavy tractors and trailers.
The position demands strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly. The role offers diverse tasks and continuous learning opportunities, making it an exciting and dynamic position within the company.

What You Bring to the Role
We’re looking for a driven, experienced professional ready to take the lead. Here’s what we need from you:
Certified 310T Mechanic : You hold a valid Ontario Government 310T mechanic certificate, proving you’re skilled and ready to take on any challenge.
Hands-On Expertise : You’ve got your own set of tools in top working order, and you know how to put them to good use.
Valid Driver’s License : A Class G driver’s license is required. If you also hold an AZ driver’s license, that’s a definite plus!
Tech-Savvy : You’re comfortable using computers to update and log work orders, keeping everything organized and up to date.
Self-Starter : You work independently with confidence and minimal supervision, taking ownership of your tasks from start to finish.
Experienced Leader : With 5+ years in a similar role, you bring valuable experience, ready to step up and guide others.
