Oracle Specialist Retail Account Executive in LONDON, United Kingdom
Job Description
What you will do
Our Sales teams have specialist and industry knowledge to help our customers build their journeys.
Contribute towards accelerating growth and exceeding customer expectations.
Execution of Oracle Retail strategy.
Closes business, delivering quota against target and renewals.
Ensure proper pipeline coverage; get the most return from demand generation campaigns, progression, conversion, and participation rates.
Identify, understand, and flex the optimal components of pipeline growth with relentless focus.
Establish strong customer relationships to position Oracle’s Retail and Oracle full SaaS Strategic pillars around the customer’s digital transformation.
Identify new business opportunities.
Partner with existing customers for upselling opportunities and renewable business.
Update sales forecasts, record activities and build proper opportunity close plans.
Ensure proper pipeline coverage, get the most return of demand generation campaign, deal progression and conversion.

Responsibilities
Experience
Retail Sales Software experience, an understanding of the importance of Retail.
Knowledge of Retail Market and Retail Customers
Customer needs analysis, consultative selling, sales process acumen and position Oracle Application Solutions Competitive Awareness
Successful sales track record
Ability to offer unique perspective by reframing and challenging the way customers view their business; know how to structure a sales pitch to highlight customer benefits before supplier strengths
Adept at driving two-way communication by clearly articulating value proposition and teaching to customer’s pain points
Business development, prospecting and strong presentation skills.
