Amazon Shipping is looking to hire a data-driven, and customer-obsessed Program Manager to be Support Lead for EU. The candidate will be an effective leader known for diving deep into subject matter, taking ownership for unmitigated risks, and encouraging innovative and pragmatic solutions to complex problems. In addition, you will have solid business judgment, strong controllership focus, executive presence, and the capability to drive a fast-paced organization to the right results.

The successful candidate for this role will be a fast, clear and independent thinker who is naturally curious about how things work, is metrics and number savvy, has an analytical mindset and has demonstrated leadership ability. Additionally, you are never satisfied with the status quo, can show success in following-up and getting things done and have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-centric and ever changing Customer Service environment.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree

• Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL

• Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams

• Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements

• Experience in program or project management

• Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization

• Experience defining and executing program requirements

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership

• Experience leading process improvements

• Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization

• Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
