Overview
We are seeking a creative and driven individual to join our dynamic team in the UK as a Automotive Senior Realtime Artist . This role offers an exciting opportunity to support us in building out a team to work on cutting-edge automotive CGI projects, from configurators and stills to animation and interactive content.
Key Responsibilities:
Driving projects from concept to delivery; working on a variety of project types including configurators, stills, animation, and interactive content.
Maintain a keen eye for detail, ensuring each project aligns with client expectations and creative vision.
Support team collaboration, ensuring adherence to departmental pipeline and processes.
Provide creative solutions, guiding clients and internal teams through all stages of a project.
Manage time and resources efficiently to meet project deadlines and client expectations.
Foster a positive team environment, mentoring junior staff and helping build a growing hub of CG talent.
Stay up-to-date on the latest technologies, including Realtime, AI, and generative tools, to ensure optimal project delivery.
Collaborate closely to ensure a seamless, high-quality delivery of assets.
What We’re Looking For:
Several years' experience in VFX for advertising, managing and leading CGI projects and artists.
Expert knowledge of 3DSMax , Unreal , and Foundry Nuke .
Familiarity with generative AI tools and machine learning frameworks (a plus!).
A portfolio showcasing automotive CG work in various formats.
A strong understanding of photo-realistic CG animation, including modelling, texturing, lighting, FX, and rendering.
Solid experience in project planning, scoping, and costing.
The ability to remain calm and confident in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
