We're pleased to share that we offer a hybrid working week arrangement called Best of Both , requiring 3 days in the office location and 2 days from home.
No relocation assistance is offered for this position.
Core Responsibilities
Lead and maintain tools for LEGO Retail assortment, including the Master Assortment Listing, Price Data File, and Monthly Launch Plan.
Update and communicate weekly assortment sheets and product launch plans based on SAP PLM updates by country and channel.
Ensure accurate product pricing deployment across all sales channels, maintaining RRP and sale prices in the SAP Matrix system.
Approve pricing for retail catalogues, marketing materials, and shelf-edge displays in Brand Retail Stores.
Populate and communicate the monthly LEGO Retail launch plan to collaborators, ensuring alignment with regional sales strategies.
Collaborate with online marketing and external web content agencies to support monthly launches on shop.LEGO.com.
Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities across Regional LEGO Retail merchandising systems and processes.
Do you have what it takes.
Strong knowledge from previous experience of data structures and how they are used.
Experience of working in a distributed team environment with shared goals.
Self directed and looks for opportunities for improvements and takes ad hoc actions, validated through experience.
Cognitive skills to analyse and interpret complex business systems and structures along with problem resolution.
Advanced PC literacy and knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite with proficiency in Excel.
Stakeholder management and global collaboration.
