Job Title: Programme Manager, Transformation

Reporting to: VP, Transformation

At Warner Recorded Music, our Transformation team serves as the driving force behind innovation, cultural enhancement, and unlocking growth opportunities across the business.

We are a passionate collective of analysts, strategists, creatives and innovators dedicated to catalysing operational and strategic innovation. With a relentless commitment to driving lasting, sustainable change, every initiative and project we undertake is aimed at supercharging the expertise of our frontline labels, and supporting functions.

Role overview:

We are seeking a driven, dynamic and incredibly well-organised Programme Manager to excel in a fast-paced, (internal) client-facing environment. In this global role, you will oversee the coordination and execution of multifaceted projects ranging from implementing initiatives to improve performance and ways of working, evolving our capabilities, operating models, and reporting to bespoke research-driven artists projects on behalf of our labels. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure seamless collaboration among internal cross-functional teams and external stakeholders throughout the projects’ lifecycle and ensure that deliverables exceed client expectations.

Key responsibilities:

  • Programme Planning and Strategy: Develop and execute detailed program plans, outlining project scope, timelines, resource allocation, and key milestones. Devise strategies for effective communication and collaboration among diverse stakeholders

  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients (e.g. Label teams, Tech team), internal cross-functional teams (e.g. Insights team, Brand strategy) and external partners.

  • Project Execution: Direct daily management of research project activities, ensuring adherence to deadlines, budgets, and quality standards.

  • Problem-Solving & Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify and address potential risks or bottlenecks that could hinder project success. Develop and implement contingency plans.

  • Process Optimization: Continuously look for ways to improve processes. Provide best-practice guidance and recommendations to streamline workflows and enhance project outcomes.

  • Reporting: Deliver regular, comprehensive progress updates highlighting achievements and effectively communicating any challenges.

About you:

  • 3-5 years of experience in project or program management, ideally in an advertising/creative agency, market research firm, or management consultancy setting. Experience in Music industry is a bonus but not essential.

  • Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to tailor messaging to diverse audiences.

  • Demonstrated ability to build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.

  • Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills.

  • Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to adapt quickly to shifting priorities within a dynamic working environment.

  • Excellent organisational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and ability to manage time effectively.

  • "Roll-up-your-sleeves" mentality and willingness to get hands-on with tasks when necessary.
