We are looking to hire a talented and committed Program Manager to join the the Intelligent Talent Acquisition (“ITA”) org which is part of the People eXperience and Talent (“PXT”) organization, and as a member of the PXT org, ITA removes business complexity and mitigates staffing risk through data, insights, and science models. ITA builds capabilities, defined as products, programs, reporting, and models, that generate insights to optimize staffing performance, labor planning, funnel throughput, and candidate placement. Within the Workforce Intelligence (WFI) team of ITA, the Fill Risk Management (FRM) domain owns Tactical and Strategic Risk Mitigation (TSM) mechanism that leverages capabilities like application demand and marketing recommendations to help fill 2000+ WFS supported sites globally, including planning financial incentives in conjunction with WFS and WW Operations.
As Program Manager, you will help create the infrastructure to support the growing hourly staffing needs of Amazon's EU Operations. Every day, you will work with leadership to drive standardization across the network, rolling up your sleeves to do whatever is necessary. You will experience a wide range of problem solving situations, from strategic to real-time.
Key job responsibilities
Manage stakeholder relationship with WFS L7+ while also acting liaison between the stakeholders (including teams like Public Relations) as well as WFI Product and Science teams, impacting decision making for levers including financial incentives.
The scope for this role includes managing risk mitigation in countries and business lines that have prototyped and iterated already, and are in the stage of early adoption of FRM product (MEU, UKI, SEU).
This includes supporting hiring for 200K+ associates yearly and managing close to $10M in financial incentives.
This also includes business facing reporting including WBRs as well as generating insights and narratives for OLT Flash.

ITA builds capabilities, defined as products, programs, reporting, and models, that generate insights to optimize staffing performance, labor planning, funnel throughput, and candidate placement. The output of ITA’s capabilities ensure that Amazon’s job offerings seem appealing to candidates, drive top-of-funnel applications, and bottom-of-funnel Day 1 Starts (“D1S”) for both Tier 1 Associates and Corporate employees.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
5+ years of program or project management experience
Analytical skills with experience using Excel
Good communication skills (both verbal and writing)
Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree or equivalent
Experience with Six Sigma tools and Lean techniques
Experience with stakeholder management across geographies
Program/project management certification (PMP/ Six-Sigma)
