The role:
We are looking for a Product Strategist to join our Market Strategy team within the FX, Commodities, and Macro department. This team is dedicated to shaping product strategy for FX/Eco offerings on the terminal, aiming to create comprehensive, future-ready product suites that enable our clients to effectively capitalize on market opportunities.
Interest in FX and macroeconomics has remained strong over the past several years. Global economic shifts, uncertain monetary policies, and ongoing geopolitical tensions continue to drive FX markets, leading to higher trading volumes and increased volatility.
You will play a crucial role in understanding these market dynamics and their impact on our FX products. They will also influence product teams to develop competitive FX solutions for both the short and long term.

Deeply understand our customers needs, problems, and workflows, as well as our competitive environment and market conditions.
Comprehend FX user workflows end to end for various use cases
Identify and understand FX customers and their requirements now and in the future
Assess our product offering holistically through the lens of our customers and collate our product’s strengths and gaps working closely with commercial teams
Influence external and macro product teams to ensure streamlined workflows for FX clients
Stay abreast of the competitive landscape
Maintain high awareness of FX product offerings internally and externally
Develop clear communication materials and ensure stakeholders across the organization are aligned on the product vision, goals, and roadmap.
You’ll need to have:
10 * years of product management and FX market
Thorough understanding of terminal user workflows associated with FX data type and users and its connection to Enterprise data and products
Proven experience managing with limited oversight
Proven experience working across business lines to execute on team and company goals
Proven analytical and problem solving skills
Technical background, including the ability to engage in detailed technical planning and decision making to facilitate efficient product development
Experienced execution skills under pressure
Ability to create strategic goals, prioritize outcomes, and develop roadmaps
Ability to communication effectively with both internal and external stakeholders and customers
