The hotel will boast exquisite dining options,state-of-the-artevents space and an indulgent spa with relaxation lounges, nail salon, spa rooms and indoor pool.  

Duties and tasks related to the Painter role include

• Being responsible forcompleting various painting projects with precision and attention to detail.

• Perform regular maintenance and touch-up painting as needed to keep the hotel's interior and exterior surfaces inoptimalcondition.

• Coordinate with other departments, such asFront Office and Housekeeping,to schedule painting projects and ensure minimal disruption to hotel operations and guest experience.

• Maintain an inventory of paint supplies, tools, and equipment, and coordinate with the purchasing department to reorder supplies as needed.

• Adhere to safety regulations and guidelines while working with paint, chemicals, ladders, scaffolding, and other equipment tomaintaina safe working environment.

• Provide excellentguestserviceandrespond promptly to requests.

About You

Expertisein painting techniques is essential.You should have a strongunderstanding of general maintenanceand be able to work both independently and as part of a team.
