Job Title: PA to EVP and General Manager, Atlantic

A little bit about our team:

Atlantic Records UK is home to some of the most iconic UK artists from household names such as Ed Sheeran, Anne-Marie, Lizzo & Paolo Nutini to breaking and emerging artists - Fred again…, Maisie Peters, Joel Corry & Mahalia to name a few.

Your role:

You will assist the General Manager and EVP of Atlantic, providing first-class PA and administrative support including diary management and travel. This is a fast-paced role within a dynamic and award winning frontline label and requires the ability to multi-task, prioritise and take initiative.

Here you’ll get to:

  • Full co-ordination of a hectic and constantly changing schedule for two members of the senior leadership team

  • Full support with co-ordinating overseas trips including booking all travel arrangements, compiling itineraries and managing a busy schedule whilst abroad.

  • Processing expenses

  • Prepare meeting agendas and assisting with preparation for meetings including compiling information and researching topics where necessary.

  • Handle incoming queries & information requests both within and outside of Warner Music

  • All admin, filing, correspondence etc.

  • System admin; Concur, Sprinter, Airtable etc.

  • Assisting on building presentations, transferring files, other ad hoc duties as required.

  • Attend Weekly Campaign Strategy meeting and take notes. Action artist SWAT meeting invites & chase/compile information for these

  • Chase and compile information for the weekly chart meeting

  • Working with artist relations team to be across ticket orders for gigs - including external contacts, and getting AAA passes where necessary.

  • Meeting and greeting all external clients.

  • Providing hospitality and refreshments to visitors/artists to the label

  • Dealing with private and personal affairs when required.

  • Ordering catering for meetings/events

  • Ordering gifts for artists & staff

About you:

  • Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal with all levels of management

  • Excellent diary management skills

  • Able to work autonomously, with minimal supervision, be pro-active and take initiative

  • Flexible and motivated

  • Organised, with good co-ordination and prioritisation skills

  • Passionate about music

  • Friendly, outgoing, professional and gets involved

  • Dedicated, positive, diligent, open to learning

  • Collaborative team player, ability to form good relationships with at all levels (internally & externally)

  • Detail oriented – excellent level of accuracy

  • Excellent computer skills (Word, Power point, Excel, SAP, Gmai, Google Docs)
