Overview

The Clients

  • UBS is one of the world’s largest financial services companies, and has grown even larger since last year’s acquisition of Credit Suisse.

  • With 3 core divisions focusing on Wealth Management, Investment Banking & Asset Management they offer varied solutions to B2C and B2B clients. We undertake strategic development and global media planning and buying and execution of UBS campaigns.

  • We have a central team based out of London, working in close collaboration with UBS. Spark Foundry has been working with UBS for close to 20 years and has developed a strong partnership.

  • We work in close collaboration with our offices in Zurich (global biddable activation), Hong Kong & Chicago (regional/local planning and activation)

  • Brown-Format is the 5th largest global spirits company and maker of Jack Daniels and a portfolio of brands across whiskey, tequilla, rum and gin.

  • B-F is a global account with London acting as the regional management Hub for Europe.

  • All biddable media across the EU region is activated by the London Hub and we also plan and buy media for the Global Travel Retail dvision (duty free in airports).

  • We work closely with our colleagues across the European markets and our Global team in the US plus.the regional and global Clients based in London, Amsterdam and Louisville.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day client-approved-budget management including monthly / quarterly accruals.

  • Reconcile monthly vendor spends and update spend trackers.

  • Collate and review monthly Client Billing Summary completion and delivery with markets and vertical teams to provide accurate monthly report.

  • Collate and deliver monthly Staff Plan Report (Pace Report).

  • Track client invoicing and payment of monthly agency fees.

  • Liaise with finance team on any queries on invoices, providing information to resolve and chasing for payment if any publisher flags overdue invoices.

  • Facilitate monthly client calls for financial and billing queries.

  • Manage and deliver market specific financial trainings based on markets knowledge gaps including new market onboarding.

  • Be a key driver in developing and bringing more automation to current manual work streams to improve teams work efficiencies.

  • Own and manage the workstream project management to provide visibility and clarity on deliverables and timelines across the Account, Biddable and Local market teams.

  • Be the lead on project initiatives to coordinate and manage implementation with all account teams.

  • Refine and drive efficiencies in Ways of Working and templates across the region.

Qualifications

Skills and Experience

  1. You will need to have a firm foundation in both traditional and digital media including brand and performance media along with robust and broad knowledge of the industry and our agency positioning

  2. Stakeholder management skills and a positive, proactive attitude are essential here at SPARK FOUNDRY. You will be responsible for the integration of the inter-agency team and maintaining strong relationships with clients and activation teams to achieve the common goal of delivering effective and efficient product.

  3. You need to have great communication (both written and verbal) and interpersonal skills – our clients like to be challenged, but with diplomacy.

  4. Keen eye for detail and demand the same level of high standard across all teams and disciplines within the agency.

  5. Confident managing both up to the AD and BD as well as down to the Senior & Account Execs on your team.
