How you will create an impact

This role reports to the Head of Multinational Captive Client Servicing manager, based in the UK.

  • Responsible for the servicing of all reinsurance related requirements for a portfolio of Multinational gross line captive accounts

  • Partner with Producing Offices to provide technical expertise in structuring programs and tailor servicing solutions for our global clients.

  • Manage / maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders (producing & issuing offices, captive brokers, clients, reinsurers etc)

  • Coordinate across functions in AIG’s network with a portfolio driven, client focused approach to obtain accurate and relevant information on Intercompany movements, issuance of local and NP policies, reconciliation issues and remittance flows.

  • Participate in client (internal/external) meetings and conference calls.

  • Provide important input into business growth and operational efficiency initiatives.

  • Gather, consolidate, and share post-mortem from previous year’s portfolio experience and identify remediation across functions and E2E milestones.

  • Review program reinsurance for MN Captive Fronting Business against reinsurance documentation and customized program service requirements.

  • Onboard new and renewal accounts and ensure correct system and operational set up.

  • Central point of contact for monitoring and execution of premium administration of assigned portfolio.

  • Resolve all account related queries from Producing Office that are within scope, or escalate to Multinational Client Executive.

  • Support efficient cash turnaround and ensure reinsurance premium settlements to captives/reinsurers in line with corporate record and contractual commitments.

  • Escalation point on assigned portfolio; identify resolution path, communicate accordingly to all concerned parties related to Captive premium cashflow.

  • Proactively raise operational risks in case of exception management or deviation.

  • Liaise with the Claims function, where required, to distribute program structure and ultimate reinsurer details.

  • Provide cadenced and consolidated reporting to both internal and external stakeholders according to pre-agreed servicing terms.

  • Regularly and thoroughly monitor all accounts to ensure custom service delivery solutions that support our clients’ needs / commitments

  • Prepare and respond to all captive audits

What you’ll need to succeed

  • Some knowledge of reinsurance and client / broker engagement experience with Multinational Captive experience a distinct advantage

  • Experience and clear understanding of a Controlled Master Program’s lifecycle

  • Client focus with a proactive and constructive approach

  • Strong written and verbal communication that can adapt across stakeholders, hierarchy and cultures

  • Excellent time management skills, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize

  • Strong analytical and numerical ability

  • Motivated learner and eager to progress in a fast-paced environment
