RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide technical and solution leadership as part of the sales team

  • Provide BSS focused sales support, including technically qualifying prospects, preparing technical proposals, responding to RFXs, running workshops

  • Lead client side stakeholder engagement for the solution development workstream throughout the sales lifecycle

  • Once a deal is concluded, help on-board the customer and hand over to the account management and delivery teams

  • Develop and maintain relationships with technical/BSS/IT/engineering leaders in the telecom, media and internet domains

  • Work independently and proactively with minimal supervision

  • Work cross-functionally with LotusFlare Marketing, Product Management, Account Management and Engineering teams

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 10+ years experience in BSS supporting technical sales to VP and Director level executives of telecom operators

  • BSS Domain expertise with a strong technical background in selling BSS solutions

  • Excellent understanding of FMC telecommunications operator IT and digital systems

  • Experience in delivering against a plan in a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary, and often ambiguous environment

  • Good listening skills and ability to empathize with customers

  • Experience with demos, proposals, RFPs, contracts, SOWs and the ‘nuts and bolts’ of sales for enterprise software projects

  • Excellent presentation and communication skills (verbal and written English)

  • An Engineering or BS degree is preferred

  • Digital savvy with knowledge of latest digital technologies and trends; you experiment and are open to integrating new digital technologies in everyday work

  • Flexible to be able to work in global timezone as needed

  • Open to work related travel
