  • Review contracts to identify contractual commitments and restrictions, enter data into our Rights Administration Database and respond to rights queries from Warner colleagues

  • Manage internal trackers to ensure key contractual information is regularly updated and clearly presented for all downstream users

  • Oversee artist option dates and draft option exercise notices

  • Oversee licence expiry dates and draft licence extension agreements

  • Work with teams worldwide to clear repertoire for use in campaigns, compilations, and sync use in film/TV/ad campaigns

  • A self-starter, with a demonstrated ability to work both independently and co-operatively in a team orientated environment, building and maintaining strong working relationships

  • As a classical music label, our role is to develop the careers and recordings made by our artists and an interest in classical music would be invaluable

  • Common sense, the courage to ask for help when uncertain, and the capacity to think creatively are strengths we value
