About the Position

The position will be based in London and is focused on UK and European real estate investments.

Primary Responsibilities

  • *

  • Contribute to real estate investment sourcing, acquisition and asset management for the MSREI opportunistic and core funds:

  • Involved in sourcing new investment opportunities

  • Help create and analyse financial models

  • Develop investment committee presentations

  • Run the due diligence and transaction execution

  • Assist in the strategic asset management and reporting of the investments

Skills Required

  • Hiring for a senior Analyst or junior Associate role

  • Experience in a real estate organization, real estate private equity fund or real estate division of an investment bank

  • Should have experience in having been involved in acquisitions

  • Strong analytical and technical skills

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Superior attention to detail

  • Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and a team player

  • Ability to handle multiple assignments at once and meet critical deadlines
