Description
As a Partner in our HR team, you’ll play a key role in creating a positive and inclusive culture where all our people feel encouraged and supported. From collaborating with colleagues on new HR strategies to addressing complex queries, this is an exciting opportunity to help make Amazon a great place to work.
This role can be based out of our corporates office locations - LHR35, LUX12, or BCN15.
Key job responsibilities
Support employees and managers on HR matters on performance management, ER and other case management
Support the implementation of new policies that improve employee experience and the working environment
Take the lead on implementing and progressing HR process improvements
Collect and analyse data that can help drive new HR policies and plans
A day in the life
You’ll be based in one of our corporate office locations in London, Luxembourg or Barcelona. You’ll work flexibly with colleagues in different areas of the business to work towards making Amazon Earth’s best employer, from carrying out performance management, manager coaching and case management.
No two days are the same as an HR Partner. You’ll help create a positive atmosphere for your employees and managers and will assist in resolving complex queries.

Basic Qualifications
A degree
Relevant experience working with the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) in a professional environment
Advanced proficiency in verbal and written English
Relevant experience in analysing data and creating reports for leadership
Relevant experience in working with and protecting confidential and sensitive HR information
Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)
Experience working with basic employment law and HR/payroll practices
Experience of working with a wide range of stakeholders across various levels of seniority
Experience of working independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment
