Google Group Product Manager, Health Ecosystem in London, United Kingdom

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • 10 years of experience in product management or related technical role.

  • 5 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch.

  • 5 years of experience in people management, with technical leadership.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience building products and services for developers or enterprises.

  • Experience leading and influencing cross-functional teams, advocating initiatives, and driving product decisions, and the ability to prioritize and balance resources across teams, while ensuring milestones are met on time and with high quality.

  • Experience in consumer health and fitness products.

  • Experience in inventing innovative and user-friendly products, with excellent product intuition.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication, and presentation skills.

  • Excellent technical, investigative, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Our team works closely with creative engineers, designers, marketers, etc. to help design and develop technologies that improve access to the world's information. We're responsible for guiding products throughout the execution cycle, focusing specifically on analyzing, positioning, packaging, promoting, and tailoring our solutions to our users.

The team’s mission is to foster, sustain, and grow a thriving ecosystem of health and fitness apps and services on Android. We build platforms that enable users to safely, securely, and transparently share their data among their health and fitness apps and enable developers to build more connected, cohesive, and personalized health and fitness experiences.

As the Health Ecosystem Product Manager, you will lead a team of product managers to define, deliver, and build platforms and capabilities that grow the breadth and depth of Android’s health ecosystem.

  • Define, iterate, and own a multi-year goal and roadmap for health ecosystem products and capabilities.

  • Partner with engineering, UX, business development, partner engineering and developer relations teams to execute that roadmap.

  • Represent your roadmap, products, and capabilities externally, with partners.

  • Coach and mentor a dynamic team of product managers.
