Overview

The Account / Client

The Global Digital Manager will play a key role within TikTok’s central EMEA client team, responsible for delivering best-in-class digital strategies. This position involves collaborating with the activation team to develop global brand communications and activation strategies, managing local teams to ensure the implementation of best practices, and overseeing central activation efforts to drive performance.

The Role

The Global Digital Manager for TikTok will play a pivotal role within an integrated central team, collaborating with both local and activation teams to deliver world-class campaigns across multiple digital platforms. You will be responsible for the development and execution of digital brand strategies for TikTok, ensuring campaigns are optimized and meet KPIs while fostering innovative, data-driven insights.

Working closely with the Digital Associate Director, the Global Digital Manager will oversee the day-to-day management of accounts across multiple markets, ensuring campaigns launch on time, are continuously optimized, and meet performance goals. You will also build strong relationships with global agency and hub teams, working with performance activation and media planning specialists to plan and deliver integrated, high-performing strategies across TikTok’s brand initiatives.

Responsibilities

Client Strategy Development & Deployment:

· Work with local team specialists to develop best-in-class global brand activation strategies, covering Media, Programmatic, Social, and Search for TikTok’s campaigns in local markets.

· Deploy these strategies to local Zenith teams and central clients, ensuring alignment with TikTok’s brand goals and performance objectives.

· Develop and implement best practice client toolkits for various channels and disciplines, providing guidance on growth strategies and performance expectations.

· Ensure all responses and strategies are data-driven, leveraging key data sources such as GA, DoubleClick, Facebook, GWI, DoubleVerify (Ad Verification) and other platforms to generate actionable insights.

Campaign Management & Optimization:

· Lead the execution of multi-channel digital acquisition strategies, including programmatic, paid social across multiple European markets.

· Define, manage, and monitor performance KPIs, ensuring ongoing analysis, optimization, and reporting on campaign performance, forecasting, conversions, and budget recommendations.

· Oversee the activation and optimization of campaigns to ensure they meet TikTok's key performance indicators and business objectives.

· Provide insights and strategic recommendations based on performance data, ensuring continuous improvement in the digital strategy.

Stakeholder & Team Coordination:

· Serve as the main point of contact between local specialists and central teams, ensuring smooth communication and alignment on client strategy and campaign execution.

· Manage regional team coordination, ensuring high-quality work across all digital activations, reporting, and optimizations.

· Actively challenge and support local teams to ensure work is of the highest standard and aligns with TikTok's global business goals.

· Establish clear communication protocols, timelines, and performance tracking systems for effective campaign management across all key markets.

· Coordinate performance reporting and ensure regular updates and presentations are delivered to the central Zenith and client teams.

Relationship Building & Client Engagement:

· Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including the central client, and local teams.

· Act as the primary point of contact for day-to-day client interactions, ensuring smooth communication and efficient project management.

· Foster a collaborative environment by working closely with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear, timely, and transparent communication across all levels.

Innovation & Continuous Improvement:

· Identify innovative opportunities and first-to-market tests to continuously improve campaign effectiveness and stay ahead of trends.

· Collaborate with internal teams such as Data Sciences, Media Owners, and third-party providers to identify and implement new tools, technologies, and strategies that drive growth for TikTok.

· Stay ahead of digital media trends and proactively bring new ideas to enhance TikTok’s digital presence and performance across all platforms.

Reporting & Insight Generation:

· Ensure that all performance data is analyzed and visualized, generating actionable insights that can be shared with the client and internal teams.

· Develop best practice case studies from successful campaigns and scale them across markets to drive consistency and optimize performance globally.

· Coordinate and present performance reports for global markets, ensuring alignment with TikTok's overall strategy and business goals.

Qualifications

You are:

· A committed team player focused on the collective success of the entire network, with strong leadership and communication skills to engage planning teams and wider agency stakeholders. Proven ability to inspire, motivate, coach, and develop people.

· At least 3 years of experience in media planning, managing, and activating both brand and performance campaigns within a media agency setting.

· Demonstrated client management experience, able to handle client objectives and translate them into strategic goals. Strong strategic thinking, with a proven ability to deliver against client goals and objectives through innovative solutions.

· Evidence of being solution-driven and innovative in driving performance. Hands-on expertise in building audiences, precision advertising, advanced targeting, and campaign optimization to deliver to target. Constantly adopting a test-and-learn approach to achieve industry best practices.

· In-depth knowledge of digital performance channels, including paid social and programmatic. Strong understanding of how to improve digital media performance through optimization of targeting and creatives. Experience with dynamic creative is a plus.

· Analytical & Data-Driven: Strong analytical, numerical, and technical skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, pivot tables, and data analysis tools. Advanced knowledge of Google Marketing Platform and other relevant digital tools.

· Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple campaigns. A confident and adaptable communicator, able to translate complex technical information into simple, actionable insights. Strong presentation and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire.

· Ability to identify potential issues early and escalate before they become problems. Proactively solving challenges to maintain performance and achieve client goals.

· Solid understanding of holistic media planning and the integration of performance media strategies with broader brand strategies. Ability to optimize digital campaigns and drive traffic to brand websites, increasing audience engagement and conversions.
