We are looking for a passionate Food Services Supervisor (F&B Reservations) to join our wonderful team at London Marriott Hotel County Hall and our awarded Gillray’s Steakhouse & Bar.

The impact you'll make

As our Reservations Supervisor, you'll be responsible for taking dining reservations from guests and recording any special requests or occasions to relay to the kitchen team and management. You'll make sure that your team is informed about the diner forecast of the day so they can provide the exceptional service to the guests, making them feel special and wanting to come back for more.

What you'll do

• Be expected to maintain the highest standards of hospitality and service in the outlets.

• Answer phones and manage guest requests.

• Increase revenue for all Food & Beverage outlets through efficient planning and execution of outlet events.

• Book restaurants for private events and functions.

This role may also require the ability to move and lift objects weighing up to 50 lbs. In addition, you’ll need to be able to reach overhead and below your knees, including bending, twisting, pulling and stooping, and move over uneven or sloping surfaces. Prior to employment, we’ll ask you to complete safety training and certification.
