Join our Controls Automation team within the Chief Technology Office and be at the forefront of revolutionizing how Citi approaches controls and policies. We are a dynamic and diverse team of engineers, designers, and business analysts, united by a shared vision to streamline and automate how we operate.

As a Senior Service Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience of our groundbreaking Codified Controls platform. You'll work closely with business stakeholders, senior leadership, and our talented team of designers and engineers to bring our vision to life. This is a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in a greenfield program with the potential to transform Citi on a global scale.

Responsibilities :

  • Design & Deliver: Utilize Figma and other design tools to craft intuitive wireframes, prototypes, and mock-ups that champion user-centred design principles.

  • Bridge Business & Design: Collaborate with our wide range of stakeholders through design thinking workshops and documentation to translate complex business requirements into elegant, user-friendly solutions.

  • Champion the User: Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to ensure our designs meet the needs of our users.

  • Strategic Visionary: Contribute to the strategic roadmap for the Codified Controls platform, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

  • Exceptional Communicator: Confidently articulate and present design concepts, strategies, and project progress to stakeholders at all levels.

  • Team Collaborator: Thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment, working seamlessly with product owners, engineers, and business analysts.

  • Inform and Innovate: Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in service design and financial services. Introduce innovative design solutions that drive business growth and user satisfaction.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven Expertise: Notable experience in service design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating your ability to drive business outcomes through innovative design solutions. Experience within financial services or a related consulting environment is a significant plus.

  • Collaborative Spirit: Strong team player with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.

  • Design Guru: Proficiency in Figma and other design tools, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating user-centric experiences.

  • Strong Communicator: Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex design concepts to diverse audiences, from technical experts to senior leadership.
