The role:

 

You will be working closely with the Sales Operations Director on key projects across Corndel’s New Client Acquisition team, and supporting our use of data and reports to analyse and improve ways of working.

You will also be responsible for managing Corndel’s inbound enquiry inbox, distributing to the appropriate team member, or managing the opportunity yourself. You will have a particular focus on selling our open cohort programmes, including technology and degree apprenticeships.

We see this position as one which provides the opportunity to learn and develop both sales and analytics skills and to provide an insight into sales strategy; it will develop and grow over time. Corndel have an excellent track record of developing and promoting our staff.

Responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the development and growth of Corndel through both client engagement and broader activities aligned to Corndel’s wider strategy

  • Qualifying inbound opportunities, selling Corndel’s offer and maintaining CRM system

  • Creating and analysing reports to review sales performance

  • Researching target accounts to build insight and identify opportunities for engagement

  • Working closely with Corndel’s Commercial Director and Sales Operations Director to build efficiency and focus within the New Client Acquisition Team

  • Supporting Directors on key projects and initiatives within the New Client Acquisition team

    Essential:

  • Good numerical and analytics ability, and the enthusiasm to develop these skills further

  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills

  • Drive to be a high performer in a sales environment
