Team/Role Overview
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the TTS UK, Europe & MEA Cash Product Sales Team, reporting to the Head of Cash & Inside Sales for UK, Europe & MEA. The Cash Product Sales team are responsible for managing the sales process for large/complex client needs – including deal team assembly and coordination, technical solution design, pitching, negotiation and commercial terms.
What you’ll do
Directly manage the TTS UK, Europe & MEA Cash Product Sales Team for Corporate, & Public Sector clients, leading to new wins and accomplishing performance targets (Wins and Revenue Realisation).
This is a player / coach role with responsibility for leading large high-profile opportunities and managing & guiding team members to meet their individual targets, following pipeline management & sales disciplines
Drive the Cash Management Product Sales business management processes in collaboration with regional and cluster business partners across the firm to deliver strategic growth priorities.
Be the voice of the client back into the TTS product organization detailing new client requirements, product features, functionality, pricing and overall competitiveness.
Drive new wins and revenues in concert with our cluster and global partners handling Large Local Corporates and Subsidiaries, through prospecting, cross sell, developing, and growing Client relationships and delivering market leading TTS solutions.
Ensure all team members have development plans and their product and solution knowledge are kept current.
What we’ll need from you
Minimum of 15+ years’ experience in Sales, across multiple disciplines.
Strong and demonstrated Cash Management and Working Capital sales, product knowledge and leadership skills with minimum of 5+ years in managing, motivating, and influencing the performance of diverse teams.
Deep Personal TTS Product Knowledge.
Proven TTS RFP Leadership and track record of sales execution skills and deal wins.
Experience in managing large client engagements and developing & delivering sales plans and results to exceed financial objectives.
Proved experience at navigating / mobilising a large complex organisation across product and client coverage departments.
Excellent interpersonal skills in driving thought leadership with senior clients and collaborating internally.
