Your opportunity

• Reporting to the Head of Business Readiness, the role is to provide business readiness support to project or programme managers for assigned projects.

• It requires knowledge of both project management and business analysis to help define cross-functional readiness across the assigned projects.

• Define (or monitor the creation of) Business Requirements​ and Target Operating Models when needed.

• Create Change Impact Briefings. ​

• Define communication strategies.

• Create and manage acceptance criteria.

• Liaise with external vendors/suppliers and subject matter experts to help define end users training approaches and training materials.

• Schedule training sessions with the appropriate audiences.

• Move forward preparedness for go-live, by helping to define the Go-live activities, runbooks​ and transitions to BAU​.

• Manage Hypercare by running hypercare meetings and create the relevant reporting.

• Contribute to or lead working groups when required as well as prepare the necessary pre and post meeting documentation.

• Good command of business analysis methodologies and artefacts to support waterfall and agile projects.

• Knowledge of project management techniques and artefacts.

• Problem solving / analysis – ability to understand complex issues and to then identify and effectively communicate solutions.

• Strong analytical skills, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret business needs and translate them into business and operational requirements.

• The ability to independently lead workshops or workstream meetings.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Strong Microsoft Excel skills
