The AWS Worldwide Public Sector (WWPS) I&I team is seeking an experienced Sales Operations professional to support International Business Operations and Public Sector Sales. This role involves providing data analysis, supporting core Business Operations activities, and prototyping and deploying new solutions using advanced technologies including GenAI and LLM. Responsibilities include assisting with Business Operations, executing daily business tasks, and developing innovative solutions for Business Operations and Sales.

The Business Analyst role is key in driving efficiency and data-driven decision-making within our organization's framework. This role will play a critical role in integrating best practices, automating processes, and enhancing data management to optimize operational workflows across various business units. By leveraging cutting-edge technologies and tools such as GenAI, LLM, Tableau, Salesforce, and Anaplan, the Business Analyst will facilitate streamlined data management, business processing, and reporting, thereby empowering stakeholders with actionable insights. In addition to supporting day-to-day operations, the role will spearhead digital disruption initiatives aimed at automating critical tasks and strategic reporting. These contributions will enable our Sales Operations teams to focus more strategically on partnerships with Sales Leaders.

Moreover, you will collaborate closely with functional teams to drive the adoption of our tools and processes, ensuring that our sales teams are equipped with the necessary resources and training to leverage data effectively. Key job responsibilities

Drive integration of best practices and tools to optimize processes. Implement automation to streamline workflows and allocate resources strategically.

Oversee efficient data collection, processing, and analysis. Automate reporting for enhanced visibility and standardize mechanisms for effective governance.

Lead projects for automation and digitalization, focusing on operational efficiency and strategic goals.

Collaborate to increase tool adoption and provide training for effective utilization by sales teams.

Work to enhance data quality and maintain accuracy in reporting and decision-making processes.

Improve tool interlinkages and optimize data flow across systems for efficient operations and strategic alignment.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

  • Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software

  • Experience with data visualization software (e.g., AWS QuickSight or Tableau) or open-source project

  • Experience defining, refining and implementing sales processes, procedures and policies or equivalent

  • Experience in business-process design or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working within a high-growth, technology company

  • Experience in finance, business management and sales operations
