Our Total Reward team have an opportunity for an Analytics and Reporting Analyst (Total Reward Analyst) to join the team, you will provide total rewards reporting, people analytics and insight, including building, maintaining, and manipulating large datasets and complex workflows used to drive data insights and reporting for Continental Europe, UK and Ireland.

The EMEA Advisory Services Total Rewards team operates within a matrix environment as a centre of excellence, with responsibility for the design and strategy of total rewards for EMEA Advisory Services and partnering with the Global Total Rewards team to apply global strategy on a local level.

This role, reporting to the Head of Reward CE Advisory, will be responsible for supporting the Total Rewards team in the development, implementation and application of Total Rewards policies and programs.

Principle Responsibilities:

  • Develop and enhance the provision of total rewards reporting, people analytics and insight, through the provision of high quality and accurate management information.

  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of People data in systems and tools.

  • Monitor market trends and benchmarks to ensure competitiveness across the total rewards portfolio.

  • Collaborate effectively with regional colleagues on policies, processes and practices to help ensure operational excellence.

  • Support of total rewards and people analytics projects, in partnership with internal specialist teams.

  • Support the continuous improvement, including harmonisation and optimisation, of total rewards policies, programmes, processes and practices.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in advanced level of excel, analysing and interpreting large data.

  • Highly developed analytical skills with the ability to present data in an insightful way.

  • Highly developed Excel skills (Advanced).

  • Experienced in constructing analytical models, generating predictions, and identifying trends.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to present analysis in a clear and concise manner.

  • Resilience and tenacity to navigate complex situations and to work well under pressure.

  • Excellent attention to detail.

  • Advanced level of English, both written and spoken. Proficiency in an additional European language would be beneficial.
