Alliances Manager

Aon is looking for an Alliances Channel Manager . This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work both virtually and from our London office .

As part of an industry-leading team, you will help empower results for our clients by delivering innovative, effective, and efficient solutions as part of the Strategic Alliances group within Aon’s Cyber Solutions Team based in the UK.

The colleague will continue building and helping to strengthen Aon’s partner channels, collaborating closely with Aon leaders to identify gaps and help accelerate Aon’s Alliances program. The Colleague must have strong operational/reporting methodologies to navigate in cross functional teams (legal, global risk, security, compliance, marketing, sales).

The colleague should also have a demonstrated ability to support the success of sales leaders and think analytically about business, product, and technical challenges, with the ability to convey compelling value propositions, and work cross-organizationally to build consensus. We are looking for candidates that are creative, ambitious, and looking to expand and advance their Alliance/Channel sales careers.

What the day will look like

  • Operationalize and onboard a network of value-added partners to help sell through to Aon clients.

  • Drive client conversations and identify client related security gaps that can be solved by one of Aon’s channel arrangements.

  • Work cohesively with regional sales to identify , support and close new business.

  • Gain proficiency in the channel markets Aon is aligned to (including not limited to: EDR, MDR, XDR, backup/recovery, PAM/IAM, OT, Email security etc.)

  • Manage, review, track, and report on all partner related opportunities .

    S kills and experience that will lead to success

  • Sales enablement, operations, prospecting, and business development

  • Examples showing success in helping grow new sales programs, ideally in cyber or related markets.

  • A strong philosophy around business operations

  • Experience with Microsoft office suite products (Word, Excel, ppt)

  • Related product knowledge preferred

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent years of equivalent experience!
