Description

We are in search of a direct hire Operations Manager to join our team located in Lompoc, California. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing work orders, planning operational activities, and overseeing inventory systems. You will also be tasked with resolving operational issues, conducting quality assurance inspections, and training staff on safety practices and installation procedures. Bilingual in Spanish strongly preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze assessments and work orders to develop comprehensive schedules.

• Lead and manage operational activities and installation budgets.

• Maintain approved databases to track operations and generate monthly reports.

• Evaluate monthly program projections, identifying and reporting on discrepancies.

• Mediate operational and installation issues promptly to minimize costs and prevent delays.

• Perform quality assurance inspections, recommending corrective actions for non-compliance.

• Oversee inventory systems, ensuring accuracy of inventory control reports.

• Respond to customer complaints, routing unresolved matters as necessary.

• Conduct training sessions on weatherization, installation procedures, workplace safety practices, and tool usage.

• Compile, file and retrieve operational records to facilitate decision-making and regulatory audits.

• Assess and inspect residential buildings to ensure compliance with program standards.

  Requirements

• Prior experience in a construction setting required

• Experience managing a team required

• Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software

• Proficiency in Data Processing

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

• Strong understanding of compliance requirements

• Proven experience in project management

• Bilingual in Spanish highly preferred
