As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, your key responsibilities will be to generate and document invoices/payment applications, lien waivers and other invoicing contract requirements ensuring that Michels Road & Stone, Inc. receives payments for goods and services. This position must process accurate work and reconcile data in a timely manner. Critical for success are strong attention to detail and a high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential information.

What it takes:
2-4 years of related Accounts Receivable experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Computer proficiency
Associate’s Degree in Accounting or a related field (desired)
Prior experience in the construction industry (desired)
