Description We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst to join our team in Lombard, Illinois. This role involves leading the analysis, documentation, and testing of business systems, with a particular focus on the ADP EV5 system. As a Business Systems Analyst, you'll be instrumental in consolidating multiple setups and ensuring seamless integration across various system configurations. This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the detailed analysis of various configurations within the ADP EV5 application, focusing on how data operates within different structures.

• Compare and redesign systems using earning codes and calculations.

• Identify potential data conflicts and map processes, providing recommended solutions to prevent impacts on payroll operations.

• Document each Data Control Customization, including but not limited to 401k, HSA, Benefits, and Accruals.

• Conduct regular testing of the systems to ensure they function correctly and meet quality standards.

• Utilize your understanding of the ADP structure and your analytical skills to manage and integrate various system configurations.

• Leverage your expertise in ADP systems, particularly EV5 and eTime, to ensure seamless integration and functionality of payroll systems. Requirements

• Demonstrated skills in business systems analysis

• Proficient with database management

• Experience with ADP - Payroll system

• Familiarity and hands-on experience with EV5

• Proficiency in eTIME software

• Strong problem-solving capabilities

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and in a team

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field

• Sound understanding of business process and system process within one or more knowledge areas

• Proven ability to effectively consult with both technical and non-technical staff

• Strong customer service focus and commitment to timely problem resolution.
