COOKS UNDERGROUND Steward (Restaurant) in LOGAN, Utah
At Cooks Underground the steward is a division of the maitre d'hotel position. This position is to
focus on keeping the dining room running smoothly. This includes making sure food is
delivered. The dining room is cleaned. Guest concerns are addressed promptly and with
concern. All in all the steward is to assist the Maitre d' in running a smooth service and keeping
things on track. They will also assist the kitchen in the cleaning of dishes when necessary.
