CampSaver is looking for a Shipping Team Leader for its Order Processing Team! This is a full-time; on-site role based in Logan, UT. Hours are Monday - Friday from 1:30pm - 10pm. Rotating Saturdays are required every 5-6 weeks.  Second Shift Differential is provided in addition to base pay.

Applicants should have prior experience in a warehouse environment and as a Team Lead or training team members. This fast-paced role is responsible for overseeing and participating in the daily shipping and processing operations of the warehouse as directed by the Warehouse Supervisor.  Our Warehouse Team plays a critical role in making sure items are shipped out to our CampSaver and OpticsPlanet customers.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to Warehouse Team Members.
• Oversee all fulfilment activities to ensure timeliness and accuracy of customer orders and products.
• Review daily workload for the Shipping side of the warehouse and coordinate with staff to complete.
• Work with supervisor to manage the resources between Shipping and Receiving.
• Ensure staff is properly trained and proficient in all warehouse tasks and safety procedures.
• Ensure proper documentation is in place for outgoing freight and prepare it for shipping.
• Ensure freight is shipped per policy and procedures ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Ensure products are properly put-away in the warehouse and the warehouse stays organized, clean and safe to expedite workflow and increase safety.
• All duties and responsibilities associated with being a Warehouse Crew Member.

• Other ad hoc duties as assigned.

   

Qualifications, Skills & Requirements

• 1+ Years experience in distribution center environment.
• 1+ Years prior experience leading and/or training peers or direct reports.
• Must be able to lift over 50 lbs. repeatedly.
• Must be able to stand, walk, stoop, bend, climb ladders, push/pull heavy carts continuously during their shift.
• Must be able to bend, stoop, kneel, twist and reach over their head while pushing and pulling boxes weighing 50 lbs.
• Must be able to stand for entire shift.
• Must possess good attendance and performance record.
• Computer skills. WMS/JDA experience preferred, but not necessary. Microsoft Office applications are frequently used in this role

• You must be a U.S. Person as defined by the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
