Overview Research assistant responsibilities include data cleaning and analysis of both qualitative and quantitative data. Familiarity with principles of statistics, mixed methods, and measurement are preferred.

This position is telework eligible within the state of Utah. Telework outside of the state of Utah is subject to review and approval by the University prior to a job offer being extended.

Responsibilities The research assistants will collaborate with a diverse team of professors, educators, and graduate students to complete research and design duties such as data collection and analysis tasks, workshop or classroom facilitation, designing new technologies, and developing new curricula. The interdisciplinary project brings together English language arts, history, science, math, and engineering and integrates a range of topics including outdoor/environmental education, place-based learning, culturally responsive design, designing new technologies, storytelling or narrative, and civic engagement.

Advertised Salary $18.00 per hour
