About the role:

The Workforce Planning Lead will play a critical role in developing and executing our workforce planning strategy, ensuring we have the right people in the right roles at the right time. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of workforce planning principles. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex workforce planning projects, leading cross-functional teams, and driving continuous improvement in workforce planning practices.

Key responsibilities:

  • Act as subject matter expert for the implementation of comprehensive workforce planning strategies to meet the long-term and short-term goals of the organization.

  • Utilize data analytics to forecast workforce needs, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to senior leadership.

  • Collaborate with HR, Finance, and other business units to align workforce planning initiatives with business objectives.

  • Gathering, analyzing, and delivering critical data and insights to inform job architecture, organizational design, skill gap analysis, and location strategy for the Talent & Development and Total Rewards teams.

  • Continuously improve workforce planning processes and tools to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, providing expert guidance on workforce planning and optimization.

  • Lead and manage workforce planning projects, ensuring timely delivery and successful implementation.

  • Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in workforce planning and recommend improvements to existing processes.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for workforce planning matters and provide expertise and guidance to stakeholders.

About you:

  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in workforce planning, strategic HR, or a related field.

  • Fluent in English – verbal and written.

  • Proven experience in developing and implementing workforce planning strategies.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex workforce planning issues into actionable solutions.

  • Experience with workforce planning tools and software.

  • Knowledge of data visualization tools such as MS Power BI is a plus.

  • Solid understanding of HR processes and best practices.

  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to data accuracy and quality.

  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
