Amazon EU Customer Fulfillment Operations is looking for L&D Content Admins to support the development of cutting-edge technology and content within the Learning department.

Key job responsibilities

• Work with Project Managers and local field teams on change management initiatives impacting the Associate learning experience in our Fulfillment Centers

• Build world-class learning courses with our content authoring tools (Articulate Storyline)

• Engage Reverse Logistics L&D Community of Practice to create the most accurate and relevant learning courses

• Review existing courses against our developed standards

• Participate to test for learning projects requiring an eye for detail and local learning experience approach

Basic Qualifications

• Advanced level of English B2/C1

• Advanced level of Polish B2/C1

• Relevant experience of using clear communication including evidence of creating corresponding communications and training materials

• Relevant experience working with the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) in a professional environment
